Dinner

Starter

Pork and vegetable spring rolls, black pepper and julienne carrot dipping sauce

Main dish

Fish amok - "Krey Chac Dao" from the Mekong, a famous Cambodian dish, cooked with coconut milk and kaffir lime leaves, served in a coconut shell. Accompanied with steamed rice

Dessert

  • Miniature bananas with pineapple, baked, then flambeed with whisky
  • Coffee or tea with a selection of cupcakes

Day 2

Breakfast

  • Fresh bread and butter (all you can eat)
  • Pancakes with sliced banana, preserves, honey, creamy yogurt
  • Choice of fried eggs, eggs with bacon, scrambled eggs
  • Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice (no limits on refills)

Starter

Deep-fried breaded nuggets of river fish with black pepper dipping sauce

Main dish

Tom Yam - famous, spicy traditional Thai soup of lake fish, with coconut milk, baby oyster mushrooms, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, milk, chili and spices (Ma Deng)

Dessert

  • Choice of exotic Cambodian fruits
  • Coffee or tea with selection of cupcakes
  • Creamy vanilla ice cream, chocolate, coffee and cookies, on request

Dinner

Starter

Baked "snakehead Mekong catfish" with Asian-style salad of shredded green mango and carrot salad.

Main dish

Curried pork with coconut milk delicately spiced with cloves and yellow curry leaves; served with steamed rice.

  • Coffee or tea with selection of cupcakes

Day 3

Breakfast

  • Fresh bread and butter (all you can eat)
  • Pancakes with banana slices, jam, honey, yogurt
  • Eggs cooked in a variety of ways, bacon

Spring rolls with fragrant dipping sauce of lemongrass and finely shredded carrot

Main dish

Beef fried noodles "Lok Lak" style, with mint leaves and a piquant dipping sauce of grated carrot, chili, garlic, lime juice, salt and Kampot pepper.
